Fitness Center
Due to COVID-19, the Fitness Center is closed until further notice. 
The Monarch Clubhouse of Moss Creek houses a Fitness Center that Members can utilize for an additional quarterly fee of $30 per household. 
The Gym has Cardio and Weight equipment:
  • Treadmills
  • Recumbent Bike
  • Elliptical Trainers
  • Dumbells
  • Power Rack
  • Leg Curl
  • Leg Press
  • Lat Pull
  • and More
The Gym is open 7 days a week from 5AM - 11PM.

Once your Gym Membership is approved, all residents 15 years and older in your household will have access to the Fitness Center. 
The $30 Quarterly fee will be billed to your HOA account.

Fitness Center Rules & Guidelines
  1. The Moss Creek Village Master Association and the Management Company reserve the right to require any member or guest to leave the premises for violation of the fitness center rules or any action deemed inappropriate, at the sole discretion of the Association or the Management Company.
  2. Members agree to hold harmless the Moss Creek Village Master Association, its Directors and the Association Management Company from any and all liabilities whatsoever by any members or guests created by the use of any facility that is part of The Monarch Club.
  3. The Moss Creek Village Master Association and the Association Management Company are empowered to enforce all rules and regulations.
  4. Violation of any rules or regulations as set forth by the Moss Creek Village Master Association and the Management Company will be grounds for disciplinary action through the Association in accordance with the Master Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions for Moss Creek Village as well as potential revocation of fitness center privileges without refund.
  5. All costs associated with any damage to property in the Fitness Center Facility due to negligence or abuse will be charged to the responsible homeowner as a Special Individual Assessment (See Section 10.5 of MCV CC&R’s).
  6. A master membership list will be maintained by the Moss Creek Village Master Association and the Management Company, of which the Manager has been instructed to always check so that unauthorized persons cannot access the premises. This list is for the safety and well-being of all members, so please be courteous when asked to show proof of membership. Member’s Assessments must be current to access the Amenities Facilities, no exceptions. Replacement Amenities ID cards will cost the member $15 each.
  7. No one under the age of 15 is permitted in the fitness center at any time. This age restriction is per the manufacturer’s recommendation and is not negotiable. Any abuse of this rule will result in the immediate revocation of membership without a refund.
  8. Guests are NOT permitted in the Fitness Center. Members with Fitness Center access only may use the facility. No exceptions!
  9. Horseplay, profanity, disruptive conduct, and indiscreet behavior at the fitness center are strictly prohibited.
  10. Any homeowner with health or physical problems should consult their physician before using this fitness center. It is the responsibility of all persons using the Moss Creek gym to do so. All members using the facility should be in good physical condition and have no physical, medical, or psychological conditions, disabilities, impairments or ailments, chronic or otherwise, which would preclude, impair, or prevent them from using the health/fitness facilities, or engaging in active or passive exercise. Members assume full risk of loss and responsibility for any injury or damage to their health while using the fitness center.
  11. It is the responsibility of all persons to obtain instruction on how to use the equipment prior to using such equipment. The equipment is only to be used in accordance with such instructions.
  12. Members assume full responsibility for lost or stolen items.
  13. No clothing or personal items may be stored in the common areas.
  14. Casual workout attire is acceptable at the health/fitness facilities. Tee shirts, gym shorts, or warm-up pants are appropriate for men and leotards, tights, tee shirts, gym shorts, or warm-up pants are appropriate for women. Only aerobic or court shoes may be worn. Closed-toe shoes must be worn when using the fitness equipment.
  15. Smoking and drinking alcoholic beverages are prohibited at the fitness center. No food or drink, except water/sport drinks and/or energy/protein bars may be brought into the premises. Chewing gum is strictly prohibited.
  16. Stereo, television, and other personal electronic devices should be kept a low volume so as not to disrupt other patrons.
  17. If other homeowners are waiting to use cardio-equipment, the maximum length of time allowed is 30 minutes.
  18. All weights and pieces of equipment must be returned to their proper places after use.
  19. Please wipe down equipment after each use.
  20. Outside personal trainers are not permitted to use or train in the facility.
  21. It is not permissible to remove any equipment from the Fitness Center.
  22. During pool season, access to the pool facility through the gym is prohibited.
  23. Emergency exit from the fitness center is provided through the doors exiting the bathroom hallway to the pool deck. Exit to the pool facility through the fitness facility is strictly prohibited unless there is an emergency. During the hours and months when the pool is closed, an alarm will sound if and when those doors are opened. Those doors are for emergency access only when the pool facility is closed.
